In accordance with the Electricity Act (Cap. 89A), a new set of Conditions of Service approved by Energy Market Authority (EMA) takes effect from market start. It sets out the terms and conditions on which SP Services Ltd, as the Market Support Services Licensee will provide market support services to contestable consumers in the New Electricity Market.
