The services on this website is owned and provided by SP Services Limited (hereinafter called the "Service Provider"). These services may only be accessed by a website user (hereinafter called the"Customer") through the use of the customer's account, NRIC number and/or business registration number, user IDs and passwords.

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions comprise the entire User Agreement between the Customer who is visiting, registering and/or subscribing to the Service Provider, and supersedes all prior agreements between both parties regarding the subject matter contained herein .

These terms and conditions shall govern the services to be provided by the Service Provider and the use of such services by the Customer. By completing the registration or subscription process and clicking the 'Finish' button and thereafter clicking the "I Accept" button, the Customer is deemed to be bound by all of the terms and conditions as follows:-

the Customer's market support services account number

ii. "Act"
the Electricity Act or as applicable, the Public Utilities Act, as may be changed from time to time.

iii. "Affiliate"
any related or associate company of SP Services Limited including their successors, assigns, employees and agents.

iv. "Charges"
all activation, connection, re-connection, subscription, usage, cancellation and administrative charges and other fees to be paid by the Customer for or relating to the Services. The Charges will be in accordance with the rates in our prevailing tariff tables available at our offices, customer service centre or other related venues.

v. "Content"
all information, text, sound, music, Software, photographs, videos, graphics, data, messages or other materials.

vi. "EMA"
Energy Market Authority, its successors and assigns.

vii. "Regulatory Authority"
EMA

viii. "Services"
any market support services or utility services, any other services or products which we provide to you including any value-added features.

ix. "Software"
any software programmes including any upgrades provided as part of or accessed through the Services.

x. "SP Services Intellectual Property"
all copyrights, patents, trademarks, tradenames, logos, service marks and other intellectual property or proprietary rights in or related to us, any Service, our network, system or Equipment.

xi. "Third parties"
Content proprietors, SP Services Limited's affiliates and/or principals including,its successors, assigns, employees and agents.

xii. "us" or "we" or "our"
SP Services Limited or any of its Affiliates and includes their successors, assigns, employees and agents.

xiii. "User Agreement"
the agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider comprising the Terms & Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Indemnity, any documents referred to in these Terms & Conditions of Use, any Customer Service Warranty applicable to the Services and any service agreement, application form, any other terms and conditions that the Customer and the Service Provider may have agreed or accepted from time to time.

xiv. "you" or "your"
the Customer, the person who uses or intends to use the Services (including his or its successors and permitted assigns) and anyone appearing to us to be acting with that person's authority or permission.


3. LOGIN NAME, PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT
If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID, password and Account and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your User ID, password and Account. If you are under 18, you may use www.mssl.com.sg only with involvement of a parent or guardian. SP Services Limited and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate Accounts, remove or edit Content, or cancel applications in their sole discretion.

You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID, password and Account. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your User ID, password and Account to any third parties. If you choose to share your User ID, password and Account or your information with third parties to provide you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID, password and Account and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy. The Customer will be responsible for the use of their Account, whether or not authorised by the Customer. Note that if you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.

The Customer shall immediately notify SP Services Limited if it comes to their knowledge that their password has been compromised or there has been unauthorised use of their Account.

SP Services Limited shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by the Customer as a result of unauthorised use of their User ID, password and Account.


4. SP SERVICES INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except as otherwise expressly stated herein, the copyright and all other intellectual property in the Contents of this website (including, but not limited to, all design, text, sound recordings, images or links) are the property of SP Services Limited and/or the respective third party proprietors identified in this website. No licence or right is granted and your access to this website and/or use of the online services should not be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any trade marks, service marks or logos appearing on the website without the prior written consent of the Service Provider or the relevant third party proprietor thereof.
